We have prepared a few pages that will guide you through the ERIC on-line demonstration.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the format and we actively encourage any feedback you may have on how this can be done.

One of our newer ways of communicating the messages of ERIC is through a series of Customer Experience Clinics (Webinars).  We call these unhearsed events 'walk abouts' and we explore the database as if we were new to the findings.
