Value Based Events


Compathy designs and delivers creative and inspirational events that help senior executives experience the power of the values they sign up to, and expect from, their organisations.  Designed as one-off experiential outings, senior executives can expect the unexpected and learn about, and contribute to, the meaning of their corporate values to their internal and external customers.

We design 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hour engagements that take senior executives out of their comfort zone (in a good way) and give them an experience of the values they expect their organisations to display. 

We offer the opportunity to measure key individuals and teams on their alignment to the corporate values and these can be linked in to bonuses and other reward structures.


Coaching, mentoring and other key skills development can be supported by the Licensees.

An example for Leadership:
Leadership is a typical 'value' adopted by companies where senior partners have achieved their promotion by being very good at their core job (i.e. accountancy, legal profession, medical practices etc.).  Senior Executives are not necessarily 'Good Leaders' and yet the expectation is certainly there from both internal and external customers.  In this instance we would arrange a meeting with the HR Director and CEO to truly understand what it is they mean by the word 'LEADERSHIP'.  A 12 hour programme might be an invitation to Senior Executives to a night away - this might include (but not disclosed at the time):
  • Arrival at 5* Hotel and then taken (by golf buggy) to an adjoining wooded area to erect tents
  • Un-led discussions in a Mongolian YUT (round padded marquee)
  • Camp Fire Discussion with a senior member of the Armed Forces describing what Leadership is to them (Life & Death decisions)
  • Excellent food and cocktails
Participants will understand the true meaning of LEADERSHIP and the impact on others on both good and poor leadership.  The event will be entirely safe and will include the most comfortable accommodation (air beds etc.) and the best possible food - building on the empathy premise that it is not 'What you Do' but 'The Way you Do It' that counts most.
