Measures

It is a common held belief that you get what you measure.

At Harding & Yorke we believe you can only get this if you underpin the measures with training, coaching and on-going support and reinforcement. 

Without these interventions most people will find ways to manipulate measures to suit their purpose.

All Harding & Yorke measures are designed to be motivational and actionable.  They are also fair; consistent; valid; relaible and sensitive.

Mystery Shopping

For many years we baulked at the thought of being compared to a 'Mystery Shopper' - although, quite simply, that is what we do - but we do it with a difference.

We prefer to call it 'ADVANCED' Mystery Shopping.  Advanced because, in line with our methodology we capture, measure and deliver back the way we were made to feel by an interaction - in addition, of course, to the more obvious environmental factors usually captured.

By using the most advanced technology we have covert camera and sound capability to capture 'best practice' and to integrate into training and development programmes.  Whether you have a string of retail stores and restaurants, home visit and delivery services or sophisticated one-to-one B2B meetings we have the experience and credibility to help you.

Our measures (and evidence) are often integrated into reward and recognition schemes for individuals, teams, geographical locations or departments. 

Importantly, we are delighted to talk (and frequently do) to Union Representatives and regulatory bodies for endorsement and permissions.  Once the methodology and validity is fully understood we find such representatives supportive of our approach and reporting methodology.
