Harding & Yorke offer two accreditation levels:

1. Those attending H&Y workshops are accredited to that skill level (please note that attending workshops in itself does not warrant accreditation). Our trainers will assess learning ability, contribution and attitude before awarding accreditation to individuals (this also applies to Harding & Yorke's internal teams when up-skilling or re-skilling).

2. Often we are asked to design a course or workshop that is to be rolled-out through the use of internal trainers and supervisors. In this instant we can assess each person's ability to deliver the course and propose interventions that would ensure that the message being taught is delivered consistently and responsibly.
