Licensing

Empathy Licensing

Jamie Lywood (Compathy) owns outright the IP, methodology and designs (both registered and unregistered) of Harding & Yorke and licenses out these rights to a limited number of consultancies and other parties whilst supporting them with accredited suppliers and business development opportunities.

The Licenses cover 4 geographical regions; UK & EMEA, Americas, Asia and Australasia.  Compathy supports Licensees by giving independent access to accredited researchers, project & insight managers and change consultants whenever, and if ever, they are needed.

Clients benefit in the following ways:

o   Work with existing consultancies or within existing contracts whist empowering your suppliers with new proven skills and services

o   Compliment existing strategies with a proven metric across all channels, functions and geographical borders

o   Access and assimilate, through the Licensees, the most up-to-date research on empathy in the work-place

o   Participate in a global benchmarking programme on ‘how you make your customers feel’ and ‘how they feel whilst you process them’ and correlate findings to internal financial and other data

o   Benefit from the expansion of the development of empathy products and services as they are incorporated into existing supplier toolkits.

Any costs associated with a License are borne by your suppliers, however these are easily absorbed through Licensee benefits including; business development opportunities, increased knowledge and expertise though the Empathy research programme and speaking engagements promoting empathy.

To find and assess a Licensee for your Region please go to www.empathy.co.uk

If you would like to recommend a consultancy or other organisation for a License please contact Jamie Lywood at JL@compathy.co.uk

Licenses are available in 4 Geographical regions including: UK & EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa), Americas, Asia and Australasia.

A Regional License is required when the location of the client site rests within that region.  (i.e. A UK company with a contact centre in the UK and another centre in India would need to work with a Licensee with both UK & EMEA and Asia Licenses - assuming both sites required services defined through the Compathy Licenses).

Each License is granted for a period of 12 months.
