Our Workshops

Harding & Yorke have developed and refined a set of core Empathy Competencies that the workshops are designed to deliver.  Whether taken singually, or as a series, you will have a magical experience whilst  learning and developing new skills that will benefit you personally and your organisation financially.

We always run two types of courses:

  1. For the individual
  2. Train- the- Trainer

All our courses have H&Y accreditations, are experiential and are designed around the core Empathy Competencies as defined by Harding & Yorke.

In response to client demand, Harding & Yorke Empathy Academy have designed a series of Open Workshops that run all year round.  We are aware that sometimes large scale programmes are not always the right solution, so these workshops offer you the flexibility to provide specialised training solutions to specific individuals in your organisation.

In line with our philosophy “it’s not just what you do, but how you do it”, not only is the material relevant and up-to-date but our facilitators ensure that the sessions are fun, thought-provoking and challenging.  The Empathy Academy Team have worked in customer facing roles in both the private and public sector, so are able to bring the material to life by sharing real experiences and solutions.  All delegates leave with a clear understanding of how they can practically action their learnings in the workplace, and often in their personal lives too.  We aim to inspire you to find new ways of approaching situations to gain better results.

As with all Harding & Yorke courses and workshops, the days are highly interactive and participative, so as well as equipping you and your people with new skills, they offer a fantastic networking opportunity to meet people from other organisations.

The Open Workshops take place either at our head offices in Appleford-on-Thames (Oxfordshire) or at central locations around the UK, we can also facilitate workshops on-site at your location (numbers providing).  All of our Workshop prices include delegate packs and are also inclusive of refreshments and lunch.
