Empathy - is a 'human' trait ...

that is not exclusive to the UK or its people.

Through our experience of working with global UK companies and off-shore contact centres we know that our methodologies are as applicable overseas as they are in the UK.

After all, Empathy is about being appropriate to the physical and emotional needs of the customer.  These needs will be as diverse as human nature itself and it is the skill and empathy experienced by customers and displayed by company representatives that will be mirrored through customer loyalty and their wallets.

The world is getting smaller, of that there is no question.

Whilst the vast majority of our work is with organisations based here in the UK we have rolled out cultural change and training programmes for multi-national companies in Europe, USA, Australasia and we are currently working on a big project in South Africa.

Our measurement techniques have been tried and tested successfully overseas and we frequently measure off-shore centres serving the UK and US markets.

We will continue to work with companies whenever and wherever we can add value and we will actively look for overseas partners with the same passion and integrity as Harding & Yorke.
