Michaela joined Harding and Yorke in 2004 as a home based researcher, prior to this she worked within the fitness industry as a Consultant / Sales and Marketing Advisor which taught her the importance of empathy and attention to detail.

In 2006 Michaela started working with the in house team and in 2007 progressed to the position of Quality Manager. Michaela's many responsibilities include: Monitoring home worker research, compiling feedback reports for Sarah Thorman (The National Field Manager), training, distribution, support to both in house and home worker teams and general administration. Michaela also participates in all research.
