Nickie Hawton
With a degree in French and German, Nickie gained over 15 years of operational and senior management experience in the UK and Europe with the Eurocamp (Holidaybreak) Group. This included overseas operations and supplier relations, marketing, staff recruitment, sales and customer service delivery as well as running a call centre.
In 1995, she successfully led her first structural and cultural change programme and enhanced her skills in both performance management and people development.
Since 1997, Nickie has assisted companies in industries as diverse as telecommunications, financial services, travel, security, mail order and retail, working with people at all levels to inspire them to deliver exceptional service to their customers.
In addition to her practical experience, Nickie has continued her own learning and professional development, gaining the Diploma in Management, Certificate in Training and Development and accreditation in both Performance and Life Coaching.
Nickie leads the Harding & Yorke consultancy team and the Empathy Academy and continues to deliver outstanding results for businesses, with profound effects on individuals within those industries.
