Tony joined the business in 1998 as a Project Manager.  His expertise prior to joining H&Y encompassed a number of disciplines including Sales, Commercial Product Manager, Customer Services Manager and Marketing Manager. 

Tony has some very special financial knowledge and, often at the request of Clients in this sector, he continues to manage those who have come to depend on his wisdom and knowledge.

All his previous roles were carried out in an organisation which was acquired by Royal & Sun Alliance.  They, together with the operational and managerial experiences gained over his time with H&Y, made Tony an ideal choice to take on the role of General Manager of the business.  This he did in 2006 when he also took control of the offices in Appleford-on-Thames.
