Caroline has nurtured her interest in Brand related subjects throughout her business career and has had the opportunity to work with many of the UK's top rated Brands including Virgin Atlantic Airways, Eurotunnel, Saga Holidays, British Gas, Scottish Power and RS Components.

In 2001, Caroline was invited to join the Brady Corporation UK Ltd, initially as an internal consultant and then as Customer Services Director, with responsibility for two contact centres within the UK and specific work for Contact Centres in the US.  During her time here she implemented a Balanced Scorecard, and a reward and recognition scheme that revolutionised the business.

Caroline joined Harding & Yorke in 2004 and her skills, knowledge and experience mean that she is inevitably involved with most consultancy and training design and delivery projects.  She also takes a lead role in supporting internal personal development initiatives and is an important part of the team.
