Claire joined Harding & Yorke in 2005 as a Project Manager.  Having worked for the NHS, she was the perfect choice to lead the Harding & Yorke projects with NHS Direct and NHS Choose and Book.

In 2006 Claire took on the responsibility of developing the unique Harding & Yorke Customer Interview Team from people selected from the Homeworker Research base.  Her research into Interviewing techniques gave her a wonderful insight into massive gaps that Harding & Yorke now fill for discerning Clients.  

Whilst Claire has since moved on in the organisation to undertake a Training Consultancy role, she still works with Sarah Thorman (National Field Manager) and Michaela Sawyer (Quality Manager) in ensuring the quality and content of the Customer Interview service.

In 2007 Claire was invited to join the consultancy division - she didn't need asking twice and quickly made a name for herself with our clients.  One of which immediately saw her potential and asked for her secondment to execute a specific project.
