Sarah joined Harding & Yorke in 1997 as a researcher.  Her early involvement allowed us to understand exactly what traits and personalities were best suited to the Researcher role.

In 2005 Sarah took responsibility for converting our in-house team of researchers to external Homeworkers.  She now runs the Homeworker network and her responsibilities include:

Recruitment, training, accreditation, quality monitoring (with Michaela Sawyer), work distribution and all HR issues related to employing a large Homeworker unit.
