MANAGING DIRECTOR 

Throughout his career Jamie Lywood has displayed one very obvious and distinctive desire - that is to search out alternative solutions to age old problems.   During his five years in the Army he says ‘I found that my soldiers followed me not so much because of my leadership but out of simple curiosity'.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

With a degree in French and German, Nickie gained over 15 years of operational and senior management experience in the UK and Europe with the Eurocamp (Holidaybreak) Group. This included overseas operations and supplier relations, marketing, staff recruitment, sales and customer service delivery as well as running a call centre.

GENERAL MANAGER

Tony joined the business in 1998 as a Project Manager.  His expertise prior to joining H&Y encompassed a number of disciplines including Sales, Commercial Product Manager, Customer Services Manager and Marketing Manager. 

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Caroline has nurtured her interest in Brand related subjects throughout her business career and has had the opportunity to work with many of the UK's top rated Brands including Virgin Atlantic Airways, Eurotunnel, Saga Holidays, British Gas, Scottish Power and RS Components.

PROGRAMME LEADER

Lani is the senior Programme Leader and is responsible to a range of Clients for a programme of events and activities taking place within their organisations - often including all aspects of Harding & Yorke's offerings including Auditing, Benchmarking and Solutions.

TRAINING CONSULTANT

Claire joined Harding & Yorke in 2005 as a Project Manager.  Having worked for the NHS, she was the perfect choice to lead the Harding & Yorke projects with NHS Direct and NHS Choose and Book.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Sarah joined Harding & Yorke in 2006 as Business Development Manager, responsible for new client contacts, sales, PR and client hospitality.  Previous roles include Practice Liaison Manager, Recruitment Officer and Operations Manager.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICE (CFO)

Chris joined Harding and Yorke as CFO on a part time basis (50% of his working time) in April 2005 and provides considerable financial and commercial management experience to the company from a broad perspective gained working in different companies and countries.

NATIONAL FIELD MANAGER

Sarah joined Harding & Yorke in 1997 as a researcher.  Her early involvement allowed us to understand exactly what traits and personalities were best suited to the Researcher role.

ICT MANAGER

Tom's background is primarily military - son of a serviceman, military boarding school and ex-army (REME) his interests have always been in the technology and the mechanics of how things work.

ERIC CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Phil was born in 1969, in Tywyn, a small seaside town on the mid-Wales coast. He left there at sixteen to study photography at Carmarthenshire College of Technology and Art; followed by the then Manchester Polytechnic.

PROJECT MANAGER

Gina's professionalism, attention to detail and experience gives her a wonderful 'honesty' and pragmatic demeanour when delivering to FTSE 100 Board Directors.

QUALITY MANAGER 

Michaela joined Harding and Yorke in 2004 as a home based researcher, prior to this she worked within the fitness industry as a Consultant / Sales and Marketing Advisor which taught her the importance of empathy and attention to detail.

OFFICE MANAGER

Sarah was born and bred in Oxfordshire and joined Harding & Yorke in early 2004 having previously worked in various office environments including Abbey National and Kelly Services in Abingdon.
