Sarah has run the research team since 2004 after they moved from a more formal contact
centre environment in Abingdon, Oxfordshire to a National Homeworking Network. Sarah
is a veteran researcher herself having worked with Harding & Yorke since 1997.
She manages the researcher mix, the monitoring and quality of the analysis and the ongoing
training and recruitment needs.
The researcher group are, for the most part, ex-Harding & Yorke employees, recruited for their deep sensitive to the needs of the customer and their ability to articulate emotional aspects of all types of interactions. Each is CRB checked and accredited to various skill levels including:
Telephone /Correspondence and Web analysis
Call and Video Filtering
Call Management & Structure (Benchmarking)
Face-2-face covert camera work
Interviewing (telephone & face-2-face)
The research team has access to state-of-the-art equipment for audio/video capture and online data reporting. Sarah will also conduct internal training and monitoring days for Partners wishing to accredit their own teams for research services.
